Multi-batalion 11 was established under Decision No.903/QP dated 11/06/1982 of Minister of Defense and was established under Decision No. 90/TTg of Prime Minister Government, Decision No. 400/QĐ-QP dated 04/04/1996 of Minister Ministry of Defense under the model of State Corporation.

In the past years, Thanh An Corporation has taken part in building most of grand projects of the Army in the whole country, including: Institutes, Schools, Hospitals, National Defense Factories, Headquarters of Army corps, Military Regions, Army service, works of airports, harbors, military treasures…Besides, The Corporation has been taking part in constructing giant works and project of the State and foreign countries investing into Vietnam such as infrastructure of AMATA Industrial Park, LOTECO Industrial Park, key transportation route such as National Highway 1A, Road 5, Road 14, Lang-Hoa Lac Road, Northern Thang Long – Noi Bai Road, Hochiminh Road…

Thanh An Corporation has continuously in nearly 30 years doing international tasks, economic cooperation with ministries, branches, localities of Laos People’s Republic. Thanh An Corporation has established ACSCO Joint-venture with Laos Army and execute many key works, being appreciated by the State of Laos.

The Corporation performs fully of construction execution equipment, professional trucks, A factory to produce cement PC-30 TCVN, many establishments manufacturing construction materials and components, having enough competence to implement many large scale projects and complicated technology.

The Corporation has invested in constructing My Dinh I New urban area delegated by Ministry of Defense and the State.
